Set up payment terminals

Note: You can set up the payment terminals and begin using cashless payments only if you have access to unTill Payments. This access cannot be provided while you are on a trial period; you must switch to a regular subscription first.

To set up the payment terminals, please follow these steps:

1. Add a card payment method in the Back Office.
2. Go to the payments portal and request payment methods.
3. Contact your reseller to arrange the delivery of card terminals. You can contact your reseller via WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp button located in the right top corner of your Back Office.

Once received and set up payment terminals, ask your reseller to link them to your location. After this these card terminals will appear in your payments portal where you can activate then. Upon activation, you can go to the Back Office and add your payment terminal to start accepting payments on it in unTill Air.

4. Navigate to General -> Equipment.
5. Click on the ‘Add equipment’ button.
6. Fill in the name of your payment terminal and POIID (terminal identifier). To find POIID of your card terminal, go to the payments portal (Terminals section) and copy the POIID displayed next to the relevant payment terminal. Then paste this POIID in the field in your Back Office.
7. Click ‘Save’.
8. Now, stay on the ‘equipment’ page and modify the already added screen in the list by double-clicking on the screen.
9. Modify the already added screen.
10. Select just added terminal in the ‘Terminals’ field for this screen.
