Use reasons

To start using reasons in the POS, please follow these steps:
- Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
- Create any order.
- Next actions depend on whether you need to make a void or discount:
For voids:
- Confirm the order by tapping on the green button.
- Return to this order.
- Tap on a specific item from the order first, and then tap on the void button.
- Select the void reason from the pop-up that appeared using the reason that was recently created in the Back Office.
- Confirm this action by clicking on the green button.

For discounts:
- Click on a specific item from the order and tap on the discount button.
- Select the ‘Discount reason’ from the pop-up that appeared using the reason that was recently created in the Back Office.
- Confirm this action by clicking on the green button.
For more information on how to apply a discount, refer to this page.
Tip: To enter the reason more quickly and conveniently (without confirming it by clicking on the green button), you can double-tap on the needed reason in the pop-up.
Except the preconfigured reasons you can type the reason manually in the designated field.
- After applying a reason, the discount or voide processes are done.
You can see the reasons used for discounts and voids in the discounted articles and voids reports.
