What’s the direct sales mode?

This mode is specifically designed for Points of Sale businesses that do not have spaces where staff accommodates clients. In this mode, the unTill Air app does not display any tables, which means you won’t have a visual representation of spaces.

POS user and direct sales mode

The direct sales mode in unTill Air allows POS users to handle orders directly without the need for table assignments. In this mode, POS users do not work with tables; instead, they operate with the order list and finalise the bill.

Direct sales mode features

In the direct sales mode of unTill Air, you have access to these features:

  • Search
    • Find necessary articles quicker using the ‘Search’ button.
  • Undo modifier
    • Remove a selected modifier.
  • Repeat
    • Duplicate an ordered article if your clients request so.
  • Void
    • Remove an item from the order list if your clients request so.
  • Discount
    • Select and apply discounts.
